Free to play

• Vatic is free. No purchase or payment is needed to take part, now or ever, to enter any contest or to win any prize.
• Vpoints are game points with no cash value. They cannot be bought, sold, transferred or exchanged for money or anything of value.
• Paying for an optional extra (for example a profile badge or a creator plan, if offered) never gives Vpoints, stars, ranks or any advantage in a contest.

Contests and prizes

From time to time the organiser may run a contest with a prize (for example, a reward for the top player of a Ranked season). Each contest is described on the site before it starts, and these rules apply to all of them unless the contest page says otherwise.

• Organiser: [YOUR FULL LEGAL NAME OR BUSINESS NAME], tax ID [YOUR NIF / NIE], [YOUR POSTAL ADDRESS], [YOUR CONTACT EMAIL]. The organiser pays for the prizes.
• Who can take part: people aged 18 or over, with one account, living outside the countries listed in the Terms (Spain) and outside any other place where such a contest would not be allowed.
• How the winner is chosen: by the result shown on the site when the contest ends (for example, the highest star count at the end of a Ranked season). If players tie, the player with more wins is ranked first, then the player who reached the score first.
• Minimum play: a contest may require a minimum number of rounds or markets, and rounds with fewer than 3 players do not count for stars.
• Prizes: as described on the contest page. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or another prize, and are not transferable. The organiser may replace a prize with one of similar value.
• Claiming: we will contact the winner by email. The winner must answer within 14 days and may be asked to prove their age and identity and give a delivery address. If not, the prize may go to the next player.
• Taxes: any taxes on a prize are the winner's responsibility, unless the law says the organiser must withhold them.
• Fair play: cheating, bots, scripts, several accounts, collusion, exploiting bugs, or any breach of the Terms can lead to disqualification, and results may be corrected. The organiser's decision on these matters is final, without affecting your legal rights.
• Winner's name: with your permission we may show your username and rank as the winner. We will ask first.
• Changes: the organiser may change, pause or cancel a contest if something unforeseen makes it unfair or impossible to run, and will announce it on the site.
• Data: we use your data only to run the contest and send the prize, as explained in the Privacy Policy.
